I make irrelevant comments because it's late.

Read somewhere between tonight and tomorrow morning:

The remaining cells die via apoptosis (programmed cell death).

Yeah, biology textbook. Point is this:

wouldn't Programmed Cell Death be the greatest name ever for a Techno Punk Rock Band?!

I know, right? Now you can return to what actually matters in your life.

  1. yeah, and you'd have to get everyone to refer to the band as PCD because it sounds like PCP. Yes, so sweet. Can't you just imagine:

"Hey dude, come over to my house later. We'll do some PCP and I'll turn on the PCD. It will totally be better than LCD with DMT. And don't invite that other guy, JJC, he's such an SOB."

  3. Sorry, I hope I kept it G enough for your site ;)

As far as you question goes, I refuse to acknowledge this "u-dub" that you speak of. I don't mean to be mean, but it rather annoys me every time someone uses that 'cute' name for that college...as if we've got any decent dubs rolling around on campus. I mean, come on, who came up with calling the college that? And even more confusing is who came up with calling wheel rims that. If you ask me the only thing worth 'dubbing' is Japanese anime. Please, I'm going cross eyed reading subtitles.

  4. The fact that "programmed cell death" even exists is a little creepy.

  6. Trey - well played. how about the ever popular 'u-know we flunked'? all, this is in regard to the 'university' trey's at right now, which calls itself the university of west florida. i actually bear it no ill will, it truly has one of the best libraries i've ever encountered in the states, but it's funner this way.

xian/pushlings - word. way to go science.

ashl - i would, but that's just not the shape of my heart. (you know we gotta keep it nineties...)
